Cell culture plays a pivotal role in the field of biological research, so having reliable tools is very important. One such essential tool is the Cell Culture Flask. In this article, we will introduce the key features and advantages of Trummed Cell Culture Flask.

1. Material and Construction:

The Cell Culture Flask is made of USP Class VI PS material. The transparent material allows researchers to better observe cell growth and morphology. Whats more, the surface and inner wall are smooth. One on hand, the uniform thickness of the flask enhances durability. On the other hand, the smooth surface guarantees distortion-free observations.

2. Versatility in Volume:

In order to satisfy the different research needs, the flasks has three specification: 50ml, 250ml, and 600ml which is equipped with sealing or vent caps.

3. Advanced Surface Culture Technology:

The application of TC treated surface sets these flasks apart. This technology enhances surface hydrophilia which make them ideal for excellent cell adherent culture. Moreover, the Cell Culture Flask without TC culture is also available for suspension cell cultures.

4. Innovative Vented Cap Design:

The vent cap features a 0.22μm hydrophobic PTFE membrane which has two functions. Firstly, it facilitates efficient gas exchange within the flask which can create an optimal environment for cell growth. Secondly, it acts as a barrier. It prevents the transit of microorganisms outside the flask. This innovative design ensures a controlled and sterile culture environment.

5. Sterilization and Purity:

Sterile environment is important to cell culture process. Through our production, we have two processes that make our cell culture flask sterile, Dnase-free, Rnase-free, non-pyrogenic. One the one hand, our cell culture flask are produced in Class 100,000 Cleaning Room. One the other hand, Cell Culture Flask undergoes sterilization by Gamma radiation. So researchers can confidently rely on these flasks for their cell culture experiments without concerns about unwanted interference.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, the Cell Culture Flask stands as a reliable and versatile tool for researchers engaged in cell culture experiments. From its impeccable construction with high-grade materials to the innovative features such as TC Culture and the 0.22μm hydrophobic membrane vent cap, this flask is designed to meet the diverse needs of the scientific community. By choosing the Trummed Cell Culture Flask, The researchers had no qualms about starting their experiments because they know they have a dependable partner in achieving successful cell cultures.
